# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 450 grams lean ground beef (85% lean recommended)

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 medium onion, chopped (approximately 150 grams)
03 - 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (approximately 120 grams)

→ Seasonings and Sauces

04 - 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)
08 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 60 milliliters A1 Steak Sauce
10 - 250 milliliters low-sodium beef broth
11 - 250 milliliters milk (whole or 2%)
12 - 250 milliliters tomato sauce

→ Pasta

13 - 180 grams dry spiral pasta (rotini or fusilli preferred)

→ Cheese

14 - 115 grams shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking up the meat continuously until browned and no pink remains, about 8 to 10 minutes.
02 - Add chopped onion and green bell pepper to the browned beef. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and onion is lightly browned, approximately 5 minutes.
03 - Tilt the skillet to drain excess grease. Stir in steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and oregano. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly to release their aromas.
04 - Pour in beef broth, A1 Steak Sauce, milk, and tomato sauce. Scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pan to incorporate maximum flavor. Stir to combine evenly.
05 - Add dry spiral pasta directly into the skillet. Ensure all pasta is submerged and evenly coated with the sauce. Press noodles gently into the liquid for consistent cooking.
06 - Reduce heat to low and cover the skillet. Let the mixture simmer gently for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through to prevent sticking. The pasta should be tender and the sauce thickened.
07 - Turn off the heat. Stir in one cup (approximately 100 grams) of shredded mozzarella cheese until melted. Sprinkle additional cheese on top, cover again, and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes to achieve a gooey finish.
08 - Spoon the hot skillet mixture into individual bowls. Optionally, enjoy the crispy cheese edges left on the pan before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best flavor, do not rush browning the beef; a deep caramelized crust enhances the overall taste.
