13 - 60 ml mayonnaise
14 - 45 ml ketchup
15 - 15 ml mustard
16 - 15 ml pickle juice
17 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat air fryer according to packaging instructions. Cook frozen shoestring fries in a single layer until golden and crispy. Set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and diced onion, stirring frequently until beef is browned and onions are soft and translucent.
03 - Stir minced garlic into the beef mixture and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Combine thoroughly.
04 - Pour in cream of mushroom soup and cheddar cheese soup. Stir until mixture is completely blended and heated through.
05 - Spread the beef and soup mixture evenly in a 7 x 11-inch (18 x 28 cm) casserole dish. Top with a full layer of cooked fries.
06 - Scatter shredded cheddar cheese over the fries. Bake at 175°C for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts completely and casserole is bubbly.
07 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper until smooth.
08 - Remove casserole from oven and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes. Drizzle burger sauce evenly over the top prior to serving. Portion generously and enjoy warm.

# Notes:

01 - Allowing the fries to cool slightly before layering helps maintain their crispiness after baking.
02 - Adjust burger sauce with extra mustard or pickle juice to suit personal taste preferences.
03 - Rest casserole for five minutes post-baking for cleaner slices and optimal texture.
