Cheesy Beef Potato Burritos (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tortillas

01 - 4 burrito-sized soft flour tortillas

→ Beef Filling

02 - 450 grams ground beef
03 - 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
04 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
08 - Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
09 - 120 milliliters water

→ Potatoes

10 - 450 grams peeled and diced potatoes
11 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - 1 teaspoon paprika
14 - Salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

→ Cheese and Sauces

15 - 180 grams nacho cheese sauce
16 - Taco sauce, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Dice peeled potatoes into small cubes, rinse under cool water, and dry thoroughly. Toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika until evenly coated.
02 - Place seasoned potato cubes in a single layer in an air fryer set to 200°C. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking the basket occasionally until golden and crispy.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until fully browned, breaking it apart. Season with salt, pepper, dried cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Drain excess grease, pour in water, and simmer uncovered until the mixture thickens.
04 - Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a generous layer of nacho cheese down the center, top with cooked beef, crispy potatoes, and a drizzle of taco sauce. Add extra cheese if desired, then fold sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling without overstuffing.
05 - Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Optionally brush the outside of the burrito with a little oil. Place burritos seam-side down and cook, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden and crispy.

01 - Warming tortillas under a damp towel before rolling prevents tearing.
02 - Reheat leftovers in a dry pan or air fryer to maintain crisp texture.
