Lay a tortilla flat. Spread a generous layer of nacho cheese down the center, top with cooked beef, crispy potatoes, and a drizzle of taco sauce. Add extra cheese if desired, then fold sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling without overstuffing.

Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Optionally brush the outside of the burrito with a little oil. Place burritos seam-side down and cook, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden and crispy.
