04 - 60 grams ketchup
05 - 30 grams double-concentrated tomato paste
06 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
07 - 15 ml yellow mustard
08 - 5 grams kosher salt
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Garlic Bread

10 - 1 French baguette or sturdy sub rolls (approximately 300 grams)
11 - 60 grams unsalted butter, softened
12 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
13 - 15 grams fresh parsley, finely chopped
14 - Pinch of salt

→ Cheese Topping

15 - 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
16 - 100 grams shredded sharp cheddar cheese

# Steps:

01 - Heat the oven to 190°C to ensure even toasting of the bread.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped onion and minced garlic for 2 to 3 minutes until softened and fragrant, stirring frequently.
03 - Add ground beef or turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Cook while stirring until no pink remains. Drain excess fat to maintain flavor without greasiness.
04 - Incorporate ketchup, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 to 7 minutes until the mixture thickens and flavors meld, stirring occasionally.
05 - Combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mash and mix thoroughly until well blended and speckled with green.
06 - Spread a generous layer of garlic butter on the cut sides of the bread. Arrange on a baking tray, cut side up, and toast in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until edges turn golden and aromatic.
07 - Spoon the meat mixture evenly onto the toasted bread halves. Evenly sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the filling, ensuring coverage extends to the edges.
08 - Return the tray to the oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
09 - Slice and serve immediately while hot. Suggested accompaniments include fresh salad, fries, or pickles.

# Notes:

01 - Drain the meat fat thoroughly to prevent greasiness and achieve a balanced savory flavor.
