# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 package of pizza dough (approximately 400 g)

→ Filling

02 - 1 cup (140 g) shredded cooked chicken
03 - 120 ml Alfredo sauce
04 - 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/4 cup (25 g) grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/2 cup (90 g) cooked and drained spinach
07 - 1 tsp (1 g) dried Italian seasoning

→ Finishing

08 - Olive oil for brushing

# Steps:

01 - Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and divide into 4 equal portions to form the base for each calzone.
02 - Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of Alfredo sauce evenly onto each dough portion, leaving a small border around the edges.
03 - Distribute shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, and cooked spinach over the Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle with dried Italian seasoning for enhanced flavor.
04 - Fold dough over the filling to create pockets and press edges firmly to seal. Use a fork to crimp and ensure closure during cooking.
05 - Brush the tops of each calzone lightly with olive oil to promote a golden, crispy crust in the air fryer.
06 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) to prepare for cooking.
07 - Place calzones in the air fryer basket, spacing them apart to ensure even cooking. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
08 - Remove calzones from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly for a few minutes before serving to avoid burns from hot filling.

# Notes:

01 - For enhanced flavor, consider brushing with garlic-infused olive oil or adding red pepper flakes to the filling.
02 - These can be assembled ahead and refrigerated; cook when ready to serve.
03 - Serve warm with extra Alfredo sauce for dipping.
