# Ingredients:

01 - 150 grams cooked chicken breast, sliced

02 - 60 grams sharp cheddar cheese, sliced

03 - 1 ripe avocado, sliced
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
05 - Optional: fresh baby spinach leaves

→ Bread & Spreads

06 - 2 slices sourdough or ciabatta bread
07 - 10 grams unsalted butter
08 - 15 grams mayonnaise
09 - Optional: dash of hot sauce

→ Seasonings

10 - 5 grams garlic powder
11 - 5 grams smoked paprika
12 - 2 grams dried Italian herbs
13 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Season the cooked chicken slices evenly with garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper.
02 - Combine mayonnaise with lemon juice and a dash of hot sauce if using; mix until smooth.
03 - Spread the flavored mayonnaise evenly on one side of each bread slice. Layer one slice with seasoned chicken, sliced avocado (tossed briefly with lemon juice to prevent browning), optional baby spinach, and sliced cheddar cheese. Top with the other bread slice, mayo side down.
04 - Butter the outside of both bread slices lightly. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
05 - Remove from skillet, let rest for one minute, slice in half if desired, and serve immediately.
