02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Sauce

06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced or pureed
08 - 240 milliliters heavy cream
09 - 120 milliliters chicken broth or white wine
10 - 50 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
12 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
13 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

14 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, toss the shrimp with paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, flipping to ensure both sides are cooked through. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
03 - Reduce heat to medium and melt butter in the same skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté for approximately 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth or white wine, simmering for 2 to 3 minutes to reduce slightly.
04 - Pour heavy cream into the skillet and stir thoroughly. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes if using. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
05 - Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, stirring to coat with sauce. Simmer on low heat for an additional 2 minutes until shrimp are heated through.
06 - Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the dish and serve immediately alongside pasta, rice, or crusty bread.

# Notes:

01 - For customization, consider adding sautéed onions, bell peppers, or sun-dried tomatoes to enhance flavor.
