Easy Taco Soup (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450 grams lean ground beef

→ Vegetables and Legumes

02 - 1 medium onion, diced
03 - 1 can (400 grams) black beans, drained and rinsed
04 - 1 can (400 grams) corn kernels, drained
05 - 1 can (400 grams) diced tomatoes with green chilies

→ Liquids and Broth

06 - 720 milliliters beef broth

→ Seasonings

07 - 2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix

# Steps:

01 - In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
02 - Stir in diced onion, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
03 - Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - Ladle the soup into bowls and add optional toppings such as avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese, cilantro, or tortilla chips.

01 - For a slower cooker method, brown the beef or place raw lean ground beef in the slow cooker, add all ingredients, and cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
