# Ingredients:

01 - 113 g softened butter
02 - 120 ml vegetable oil
03 - 200 g brown sugar
04 - 1 large egg
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
06 - 2 tsp ground cinnamon
07 - 0.5 tsp baking soda
08 - 0.5 tsp baking powder
09 - 0.5 tsp salt
10 - 325 g all-purpose flour

→ Streusel Topping

11 - 57 g softened butter
12 - 50 g brown sugar
13 - 40-65 g all-purpose flour
14 - 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
15 - Pinch of salt

→ Icing Drizzle

16 - 60 g powdered sugar
17 - 15 ml milk
18 - Splash of vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 175°C to prepare for baking.
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend softened butter, vegetable oil, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly. Gradually incorporate cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour, stirring until just combined.
03 - Combine softened butter, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. Adjust flour by adding 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture holds together with a crumbly texture.
04 - Use a large cookie scoop to form dough balls on a lined baking sheet. Create an indent on top of each dough ball using the back of the scoop or fingers. Fill each indent generously with the prepared streusel topping.
05 - Bake cookies at 175°C for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown on the edges.
06 - While cookies bake, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and slightly runny.
07 - Allow cookies to cool slightly before drizzling with the prepared icing for a sweet, silky finish.
