# Ingredients:

→ Slider Buns

01 - 12 potato slider buns
02 - 30 ml melted butter
03 - 10 g sesame seeds (optional)

→ Seasoned Beef

04 - 900 g ground beef (80/20 fat ratio)
05 - 5 g salt
06 - 3 g black pepper
07 - 2 g garlic powder
08 - 2 g onion powder
09 - 1 g dried oregano
10 - 120 g American cheese, divided

→ Big Mac Sauce

11 - 120 g Duke's mayonnaise
12 - 60 g French dressing
13 - 30 g finely minced white onion
14 - 30 g dill pickle relish
15 - 2 g granulated sugar
16 - 1 g garlic powder
17 - 1 g paprika

→ Toppings

18 - 100 g finely shredded iceberg lettuce
19 - 60 g dill pickle slices
20 - 30 g finely minced white onion

# Steps:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, finely minced onion, dill pickle relish, sugar, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Mix thoroughly until a uniform golden-orange color develops. Refrigerate for at least 12 hours to allow flavors to meld.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Form into 12 evenly sized patties.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties until browned on one side, then flip and place a portion of American cheese on each patty. Continue cooking until cheese melts and patties reach desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest briefly.
04 - Brush each bun top with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Toast buns in a preheated oven or skillet until golden brown to prevent sogginess.
05 - Layer toasted bottom buns with a spread of special sauce, followed by cheese-topped beef patties, shredded lettuce, pickle slices, minced onion, and additional sauce. Cap with the toasted top buns.
06 - Serve sliders fresh for best texture and flavor balance. Complement with fries or your preferred side.

# Notes:

01 - Allowing the special sauce to rest overnight dramatically enhances its flavor profile.
02 - Toasting buns creates a moisture barrier that maintains structural integrity during serving.
03 - Use fresh-sliced deli American cheese for optimal melt and authentic taste.
04 - Finely mince onions for the sauce to nearly dissolve, ensuring even distribution.
05 - Let cooked beef patties cool slightly before assembly to prevent wilting the lettuce.
