Savory low-carb roll ups with beef, peppers, and melted cheese shells—ready in under 30 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 450 g ground beef or thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
03 - 1 medium onion, sliced
04 - Optional: 100 g sliced mushrooms

→ Dairy

05 - 115 g cream cheese
06 - 90 g shredded provolone, mozzarella, or Monterey Jack cheese (for shells)

→ Seasonings

07 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
10 - Optional: hot sauce and steak seasoning, to preference

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Sauté sliced onions and bell peppers in a skillet over medium heat until softened. Add ground beef or steak and cook until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and cream cheese until creamy and thoroughly combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
03 - Place small mounds (approximately 80 grams or 1/3 cup) of shredded cheese on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each mound into a circle. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbling.
04 - Let cheese circles cool for about 30 seconds until flexible but not brittle. Spoon a portion of the meat mixture onto each cheese circle, then carefully roll up. Allow to cool slightly to firm up the shape.
05 - Optionally garnish with chopped parsley or a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Use provolone, mozzarella, or Monterey Jack cheese for best melting and flexibility of shells.
