# Ingredients:

→ Meat and Vegetables

01 - 450 grams fresh ground beef with some marbling
02 - 1 medium yellow onion, finely diced
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Potatoes

04 - 400 grams shoestring French fries, preferably frozen

→ Soups

05 - 300 grams cream of mushroom soup, low sodium optional
06 - 284 grams cheddar cheese soup, sharp cheddar preferred

→ Cheese

07 - 120 grams freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese

→ Seasonings

08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - Salt to taste
11 - Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

→ Burger Sauce

12 - 120 grams mayonnaise
13 - 60 grams ketchup
14 - 15 grams yellow mustard
15 - 15 grams dill pickle juice
16 - 1 teaspoon dehydrated onions
17 - Pinch of black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your air fryer according to the package instructions. Spread the shoestring fries in a single layer and cook until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through for even browning.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and diced onions, breaking the meat apart with a spoon. Cook until no longer pink and onions are soft, about 7 to 9 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 to 45 seconds until fragrant. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Drain excess grease carefully.
03 - Reduce heat to medium. Add cream of mushroom and cheddar cheese soups to the beef mixture. Stir thoroughly until blended and heated through, approximately 2 minutes.
04 - Transfer the beef mixture evenly into a 18x28 cm casserole dish. Evenly layer the hot, crispy fries over the beef to cover completely.
05 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the fries. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and fries are crisp around the edges.
06 - While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, dill pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper until smooth.
07 - Remove casserole from oven and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Drizzle the fresh burger sauce generously over the hot, cheesy fries just before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best fries texture, air fry or bake fries before layering to maintain crispiness after baking. Letting the dish rest before serving helps the layers hold together and meld flavors.
02 - Leftovers keep up to three days refrigerated; reheat uncovered in oven or toaster oven to re-crisp fries. Avoid microwave reheating to prevent sogginess.
