01 -
Preheat your air fryer according to the package instructions. Spread the shoestring fries in a single layer and cook until golden and crispy, shaking halfway through for even browning.
02 -
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and diced onions, breaking the meat apart with a spoon. Cook until no longer pink and onions are soft, about 7 to 9 minutes. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for 30 to 45 seconds until fragrant. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Drain excess grease carefully.
03 -
Reduce heat to medium. Add cream of mushroom and cheddar cheese soups to the beef mixture. Stir thoroughly until blended and heated through, approximately 2 minutes.
04 -
Transfer the beef mixture evenly into a 18x28 cm casserole dish. Evenly layer the hot, crispy fries over the beef to cover completely.
05 -
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the fries. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and fries are crisp around the edges.
06 -
While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, dill pickle juice, dehydrated onions, and black pepper until smooth.
07 -
Remove casserole from oven and let rest for 3 to 5 minutes. Drizzle the fresh burger sauce generously over the hot, cheesy fries just before serving.
