Add shredded cooked beef, frozen mixed vegetables, beef broth, water, and tomato soup to a large pot or slow cooker.

If using a slow cooker, set to LOW and cook for 6 to 8 hours until beef is tender. If stovetop, simmer on low heat for 1 to 2 hours to meld flavors.

Remove beef from the soup, shred finely, then return it to the pot to combine.

Ladle soup into bowls for immediate serving or allow to cool and transfer to airtight containers for freezing.
