Creamy Peanut Butter Squares (Printable Version)

Creamy peanut butter squares layered with graham crumbs and smooth chocolate for a sweet, no-bake treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 113 grams unsalted butter, melted
02 - 200 grams graham cracker crumbs
03 - 360 grams creamy peanut butter, divided
04 - 240 grams powdered sugar

→ Topping

05 - 170 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
06 - 60 grams creamy peanut butter

# Steps:

01 - Line an 20x20 cm square pan with parchment paper. Melt the butter in a microwave-safe bowl for approximately 1 minute, then set aside.
02 - Place graham crackers in a large resealable bag and crush them into fine crumbs using a rolling pin. Set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, combine 360 grams of peanut butter with the melted butter using a silicone spatula until fully blended.
04 - Gradually add powdered sugar in two additions, mixing thoroughly after each until fully incorporated.
05 - Gently fold the graham cracker crumbs into the peanut butter mixture until a thick, moldable dough forms.
06 - Evenly press the peanut butter mixture into the prepared pan. Cover with a second piece of parchment paper and smooth the surface using the flat bottom of a small measuring cup.
07 - Combine chocolate chips with remaining 60 grams peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at half power, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth, about 3 minutes total.
08 - Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 90 minutes to set.
09 - Lift the set bars from the pan using parchment paper. Lightly score the top with a knife to create square portions, then cut along the lines. Serve chilled.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, use creamy peanut butter and avoid natural styles that separate oils.
02 - Bars keep refrigerated for 5-7 days and freeze well for 2-3 months.
