# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 20-25 Oreo cookies, cream filling removed
02 - 85 grams unsalted butter, melted

→ Chocolate Pudding Layer

03 - 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
04 - 120 milliliters whole milk (for pudding preparation)
05 - 120 milliliters Cool Whip

→ Raspberry Layer

06 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
07 - 100 grams granulated sugar
08 - 15 milliliters whole milk
09 - 5 milliliters vanilla extract
10 - 120 milliliters Cool Whip
11 - 60 grams fresh or frozen raspberries

→ Topping (optional)

12 - Fresh berries such as strawberries or blueberries
13 - Sprinkles
14 - Chocolate shavings

# Steps:

01 - Remove the cream filling from Oreo cookies. Pulverize the cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or other crushing tool. Mix crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the base of an 20 cm x 20 cm dish. Freeze for 10 minutes to set.
02 - Prepare the instant chocolate pudding with 120 milliliters of whole milk to achieve a thicker consistency. Fold in 120 milliliters of Cool Whip for a light texture. Spread the pudding evenly over the chilled crust. Return to freezer for 10-15 minutes to firm up.
03 - In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese with sugar, 15 milliliters of milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Incorporate the raspberries, allowing some chunks to remain. Gently fold in 120 milliliters of Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over the chilled chocolate pudding layer.
04 - Spread the remaining Cool Whip evenly over the raspberry layer. Optionally, garnish with fresh berries, sprinkles, or chocolate shavings to enhance appearance and flavor.
05 - Refrigerate the assembled layers for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld and structure to firm. For best results, prepare the day before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure cream cheese is at room temperature to achieve a smooth mixture. Patience with chilling times improves layer stability and flavor integration.
