Refreshing Cucumber Lemonade (Printable Version)

A crisp blend of cucumber and lemon juice, perfectly sweetened and chilled for refreshing summer moments.

# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Produce

01 - 2 large cucumbers, peeled and chopped (approx. 600g)
02 - 1 cup fresh lemon juice (approx. 240ml, from 4-6 lemons)
03 - Thinly sliced cucumber and lemon for garnish

→ Pantry

04 - 150g granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
05 - 4 cups cold water (960ml)
06 - Ice cubes as needed

# Steps:

01 - Place peeled and chopped cucumbers into a blender and blend until smooth. Strain the puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher, pressing solids to extract maximum juice.
02 - Add fresh lemon juice and granulated sugar to the cucumber juice. Stir continuously until sugar fully dissolves. Adjust sweetness if necessary.
03 - Pour cold water into the mixture and stir to combine. Add ample ice cubes to chill. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
04 - Serve lemonade over ice in tall glasses. Garnish each serving with thin cucumber and lemon slices to enhance flavor and presentation.

# Notes:

01 - Chilling the lemonade for at least an hour improves flavor integration. Leftovers should be refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.
