# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package Golden Oreos (36 cookies), crushed
02 - 90 grams butter, melted

→ Cream Cheese Layer

03 - 225 grams cream cheese, room temperature
04 - 120 grams powdered sugar
05 - 240 grams Cool Whip

→ Cheesecake Pudding Layer

06 - 2 packages (96 grams total) instant sugar-free cheesecake pudding mix
07 - 710 milliliters whole milk
08 - 240 grams Cool Whip

09 - 500 grams sliced fresh strawberries

# Steps:

01 - Pulse Golden Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. If unavailable, crush cookies in a sealed bag with a rolling pin. Combine crumbs with melted butter until evenly moistened.
02 - Press the cookie crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 23 x 33 cm baking dish to create an even crust. Refrigerate until set and chilled.
03 - Using a hand mixer, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 240 grams of Cool Whip until smooth and creamy. Spread evenly over the chilled crust.
04 - In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix with whole milk until thickened. Fold in 240 grams of Cool Whip gently to lighten the mixture. Spread evenly over the cream cheese layer.
05 - Arrange sliced strawberries in a single, even layer over the cheesecake pudding to cover the surface completely.
06 - Chill the assembled dessert for a minimum of 2 hours until fully set and flavors meld.
07 - Cut into squares and serve chilled. Optionally garnish with whipped cream and a fresh strawberry slice.
