Tortilla Pizza Rolls (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Sauce

02 - 120 ml pizza sauce

→ Cheese

03 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese

→ Toppings

04 - 60 g pepperoni slices or diced cooked ham
05 - 60 g chopped bell peppers
06 - 0.25 g dried oregano

→ Finishing

07 - Olive oil for brushing
08 - Optional: grated parmesan cheese
09 - Optional: red pepper flakes
10 - Optional: fresh basil leaves

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Lay tortillas flat and spread a thin, even layer of pizza sauce over each.
03 - Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella over the sauce, then top with pepperoni, bell peppers, and sprinkle dried oregano.
04 - Roll each tortilla tightly into logs and slice into 2.5 cm thick pinwheels.
05 - Place the rolls cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet and lightly brush the tops with olive oil.
06 - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
07 - Optionally garnish rolls with grated parmesan, red pepper flakes, or fresh basil. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Avoid overfilling tortillas to prevent rolls from bursting during baking. Roll tightly to retain shape and brush with olive oil for a golden, crispy finish.
