Air Fryer Chicken Broccoli (Printable Version)

Quick, flavorful chicken and broccoli with an Asian marinade, cooked perfectly in the air fryer in under 30 minutes.

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - 300 grams boneless chicken breast, cut into uniform pieces

→ Vegetables

02 - 200 grams fresh broccoli florets, bright and firm

→ Asian-Inspired Marinade

03 - 15 milliliters soy sauce
04 - 15 milliliters sesame oil
05 - 5 milliliters rice vinegar
06 - 5 grams fresh ginger, minced
07 - 5 grams garlic, minced
08 - 5 milliliters vegetable oil

# Steps:

01 - Whisk sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, ginger, and vegetable oil together until combined. Divide mixture evenly into two bowls. Add chicken pieces to one bowl and broccoli florets to the other. Let both marinate briefly for 5 minutes.
02 - Preheat the air fryer to 193°C (380°F) for 2 minutes. Lightly spray the basket with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
03 - Arrange marinated chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10 minutes at 193°C, stirring halfway through for even browning.
04 - Add the marinated broccoli florets to the basket with the chicken. Continue cooking for an additional 10 to 11 minutes at 193°C until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 75°C and broccoli is crisp-tender.
05 - Remove from the air fryer and transfer to serving dishes. Serve alongside steamed jasmine rice, brown rice, or cauliflower rice as desired.

# Notes:

01 - Uniform cutting of chicken and broccoli ensures even cooking and optimal texture.
02 - Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket to allow proper air circulation for crispness.
03 - For a gluten-free option, substitute soy sauce with tamari and rice vinegar with white vinegar.
