# Ingredients:

01 - 225 grams dried pasta (bowties, rigatoni, or rotini recommended)
02 - 15 millilitres extra virgin olive oil
03 - 25 grams finely grated parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

04 - 2.5 millilitres dried Italian seasoning
05 - 2.5 millilitres garlic powder
06 - 2.5 millilitres onion powder
07 - 1.25 millilitres seasoned salt
08 - 0.5 millilitres ground black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
02 - Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain thoroughly.
03 - In a large bowl, combine drained pasta, olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Toss until pasta is evenly coated.
04 - Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer in the preheated air fryer basket.
05 - Air fry for 5 minutes.
06 - Turn pasta chips using a large wooden spoon, ensuring even cooking.
07 - Continue air frying for 3 more minutes until pasta is crisp and lightly golden brown.
08 - Transfer pasta chips to a serving bowl. Pair with marinara or ranch for dipping if desired.
