Air Fryer Tortilla Chips (Printable Version)

Crisp, golden tortilla chips made fast in the air fryer with just salt, oil spray, and tortillas.

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 small corn or flour tortillas
02 - Olive oil cooking spray
03 - Coarse salt

# Steps:

01 - Cut each tortilla into 6 to 8 equal wedges using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
02 - Arrange the tortilla wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not overlap. Lightly spray with olive oil cooking spray and sprinkle with coarse salt.
03 - Set the air fryer to 175°C and cook the chips for 3 minutes.
04 - Open the basket, flip all chips, spray again with cooking spray, and add more salt if desired. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
05 - Remove chips from the basket and let them cool completely on a rack or plate to finish crisping.

# Notes:

01 - For a baked alternative, arrange prepared wedges on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 175°C for 7 minutes, flip, spray, salt, and bake for another 5 minutes until crisp.
