Baked Yogurt with Cinnamon (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dairy & Protein

01 - 120 grams low-fat Greek yogurt
02 - 15 grams vanilla protein powder

→ Binders & Flavorings

03 - 0.5 teaspoon cornstarch
04 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven temperature to 175°C (350°F) and allow it to fully preheat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, cornstarch, ground cinnamon, egg, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and homogenous.
03 - Lightly coat a ramekin with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
04 - Pour the prepared mixture into the ramekin and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until set.
05 - Remove from oven, sprinkle an additional pinch of cinnamon on top, and serve warm.
