→ Veggies & Toppings

15 - 240 g lettuce, chopped
16 - 340 g cherry tomatoes, halved
17 - 100 g cheddar cheese, shredded
18 - 1/2 medium red onion, sliced
19 - 70 g pickles, sliced
20 - 30 g pickled jalapeño slices
21 - 60 g cooked bacon, crumbled

# Steps:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add lean ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir thoroughly to coat the beef with spices.
02 - Continue cooking, breaking up the meat, until browned and fully cooked through, approximately 7 to 10 minutes.
03 - Drain off excess fat and remove the cooked beef from the skillet. Set aside to cool slightly.
04 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle relish, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
05 - Divide chopped lettuce among four serving bowls. Top with the cooked beef, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced red onion, pickles, pickled jalapeños, and crumbled bacon.
06 - Drizzle each bowl with a generous spoonful of burger sauce before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For best texture, cool beef slightly before assembling to prevent wilting the lettuce.
02 - Customize the bowl by adjusting toppings or sauce to taste.
