02 - 400 grams peeled and diced firm potatoes
03 - 15 milliliters olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - Salt and cracked black pepper to taste

→ Beef Filling

07 - 500 grams ground beef with moderate fat content
08 - 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
09 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
10 - 1 teaspoon paprika
11 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
12 - 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
13 - Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
14 - 120 milliliters water

→ Cheese and Sauces

15 - 150 grams nacho cheese sauce
16 - 30 milliliters taco sauce (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Dice peeled potatoes into small cubes, rinse with cool water, dry thoroughly, then toss with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
02 - Cook the potato cubes in the air fryer at 200°C for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking the basket several times to ensure even browning, until potatoes are golden and crisp.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium heat, add ground beef and break apart. Season with salt, pepper, dried cilantro, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Brown the beef completely, drain excess grease, then add water and simmer until mixture thickens.
04 - Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of nacho cheese down the center. Add seasoned beef, roasted potatoes, and a splash of taco sauce if desired. Top with additional cheese without overfilling, then fold sides and roll tightly.
05 - Heat a dry skillet over medium heat, lightly brush the outside of the burrito with oil, and cook, rolling occasionally, until all sides are crispy and golden brown.
06 - Cut burritos in half and serve immediately with optional sides such as salsa, guacamole, or sour cream.

# Notes:

01 - Warming tortillas before rolling prevents cracks and tears.
02 - Reheat leftovers in a dry pan or air fryer to maintain crispness.
03 - Adjust spices to suit personal heat preference; try adding jalapeños for extra kick.
