01 - 4 croissants, halved

02 - 480 grams cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

03 - 120 milliliters Caesar dressing
04 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (optional)

05 - 30 grams grated Parmesan cheese
06 - Extra Parmesan shavings for garnish

08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

09 - 60 grams romaine lettuce, chopped
10 - 75 grams cherry tomatoes, sliced (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, Dijon mustard if using, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until evenly coated.
02 - Open the croissants and place the bottom halves on a flat surface. Layer chopped romaine lettuce evenly on each bottom half, then spoon the chicken mixture over the lettuce. Add sliced cherry tomatoes if desired.
03 - Cover each sandwich with the top croissant halves. Garnish with extra Parmesan shavings and serve alongside a lemon wedge for an optional citrus accent.
