Chocolate Cherry Granola Cups (Printable Version)

Bite-sized chocolate cups layered with granola and tangy dried cherries, perfect for quick desserts or snacks.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 120 grams dark chocolate melting wafers or chocolate chips
02 - 120 grams white chocolate melting wafers or white chocolate chips

→ Topping

03 - 80–100 grams granola, any variety
04 - 60 grams dried cherries

# Steps:

01 - In a microwave-safe bowl, gently melt dark chocolate wafers or chips on medium power, stirring every 15 seconds until fully smooth.
02 - Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of melted dark chocolate into each of 12 mini muffin cups, ensuring even distribution.
03 - Sprinkle granola and dried cherries over the top of the melted dark chocolate in each cup.
04 - Repeat the melting process with white chocolate wafers or chips, stirring frequently to prevent scorching.
05 - Drizzle or layer melted white chocolate over the granola and cherries in each cup.
06 - Refrigerate the cups for 15–20 minutes or until the chocolate is completely hardened.
07 - Carefully remove the cups from the muffin tin. Store at room temperature, in the refrigerator, or in the freezer for several weeks.

# Notes:

01 - Microwave chocolate in short intervals to avoid burning. Use parchment liners for easier removal.
