# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 450 grams boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

→ Cowboy Butter Marinade

02 - 57 grams unsalted butter, melted
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 15 milliliters fresh lemon juice
05 - 5 grams smoked paprika
06 - 8 grams Cajun seasoning
07 - 1 gram crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
08 - 3 grams kosher salt
09 - 2 grams freshly ground black pepper

→ Garnish

10 - 10 grams fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped

→ Cajun Creamy Dipping Sauce

11 - 60 grams mayonnaise
12 - 60 grams full-fat sour cream
13 - 4 grams Cajun seasoning
14 - 2 grams garlic powder
15 - 3 grams smoked paprika
16 - 7 milliliters fresh lemon juice
17 - 1 gram salt, or to taste
18 - 1 gram black pepper, or to taste

# Steps:

01 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, crushed red pepper flakes if using, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Add chicken pieces and toss until evenly coated. Let marinate at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add marinated chicken in a single layer without crowding. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and cooked through with no pink remaining.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste.
04 - Transfer cooked chicken bites to a serving platter. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot alongside the Cajun creamy dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Marinate chicken for the longest possible time to maximize flavor. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure proper browning rather than steaming.
02 - This dish is naturally gluten free with simple ingredient swaps and reheats well for next-day meals.
