→ Pasta

14 - 340 grams penne or rotini pasta

→ Optional Garnish

15 - Fresh parsley
16 - Extra Parmesan cheese
17 - Crushed red pepper flakes

# Steps:

01 - Rub the chicken breasts evenly with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Optionally, marinate for 15 to 20 minutes to enhance flavor.
02 - Place the seasoned chicken breasts at the base of a 6-quart (or larger) slow cooker. Add sliced red and green bell peppers, sliced yellow onion, and pour in the chicken broth.
03 - Cover and cook on low heat for 6 to 7 hours or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
04 - Remove the chicken breasts from the slow cooker and shred them using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
05 - Add cubed cream cheese and shredded Parmesan cheese to the slow cooker. Stir thoroughly until the cheeses melt into a smooth, creamy sauce. Continue cooking on low for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to integrate flavors.
06 - Meanwhile, cook the pasta following package instructions until al dente. Drain and fold the pasta into the creamy chicken mixture in the slow cooker.
07 - Serve portions garnished with fresh parsley, extra Parmesan cheese, and crushed red pepper flakes as desired. Enjoy warm.

# Notes:

01 - For deeper flavor, sear the chicken breasts in olive oil before slow cooking.
02 - Avoid overcooking pasta by preparing it separately until al dente before adding to the slow cooker.
03 - Use fresh Parmesan cheese for best melting and flavor.
