# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 2 sirloin steaks, thinly sliced

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 large green bell pepper, julienned
03 - 1 medium yellow onion, chopped

→ Pasta & Cheese

04 - 450 g refrigerated cheese tortellini
05 - 4 slices provolone cheese

→ Dairy & Cream

06 - 240 ml half-and-half

→ Seasoning & Oil

07 - 1 tablespoon steak seasoning
08 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Slice the sirloin steaks thinly for quick and tender cooking.
02 - Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and bell pepper strips, cooking until soft. Add the sliced steak and steak seasoning, sautéing until the meat is browned and cooked through.
03 - Add the refrigerated cheese tortellini to the skillet and pour in the half-and-half. Stir gently and cook until the sauce thickens and the tortellini is heated through.
04 - Lay the provolone slices over the dish and cover briefly to allow the cheese to melt into a gooey topping.
