Crispy Air Fryer Hot Chicken (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wrap Base

01 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Protein

02 - 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded or diced

→ Cheese

03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Sauce

04 - 60 ml hot sauce (adjust to taste)
05 - 30 ml ranch dressing

→ Cooking Fat

06 - Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing

# Steps:

01 - Combine the hot sauce and ranch dressing in a small bowl to create a balanced spicy and creamy sauce.
02 - Lay the flour tortillas flat and evenly distribute the shredded chicken in the center of each. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken, then drizzle the prepared sauce on top. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly to form compact wraps.
03 - Set the air fryer to 190°C and preheat. Lightly grease the basket with cooking spray or olive oil to prevent sticking.
04 - Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them for even cooking. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until the exterior is golden and crispy and the cheese inside is melted.
05 - Remove the wraps carefully and let them cool briefly to firm up. Serve hot with optional extra hot sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
