# Ingredients:

→ Wraps

01 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Filling

02 - 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded or diced
03 - 1 cup (about 113 g) shredded cheddar cheese

→ Sauce

04 - 60 ml hot sauce (adjust to taste)
05 - 30 ml ranch dressing

→ Cooking

06 - Cooking spray or olive oil, for greasing

# Steps:

01 - Combine the hot sauce and ranch dressing in a small bowl, mixing until fully blended to create a spicy, creamy sauce.
02 - Spread the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Evenly distribute shredded or diced chicken in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheddar evenly over the chicken. Drizzle the prepared sauce atop the fillings. Fold the sides over the fillings and roll tightly to secure.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Lightly grease the basket with cooking spray or olive oil. Place wraps seam side down in the basket, ensuring they do not touch. Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes until golden and crispy, with the cheese melted inside.
04 - Remove wraps carefully and let rest briefly to cool and set. Serve warm, optionally accompanied by extra hot sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor and nutrition, add sautéed bell peppers, onions, or spinach to the filling. Vary the cheese type to adjust creaminess and spice. Adjust hot sauce quantity for desired heat level.
02 - To reheat leftovers, warm in a preheated air fryer at 175°C for 3-4 minutes until crispy again, or bake in the oven at the same temperature for about 10 minutes.
