# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1.36 kg skinless boneless chicken breast
02 - 3 g garlic powder
03 - 5 g sea salt
04 - 0.6 g ground black pepper
05 - 360 ml salsa

# Steps:

01 - Place the chicken breasts evenly in the base of the slow cooker.
02 - Sprinkle the garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper over the chicken.
03 - Pour the salsa evenly over the chicken to completely cover it.
04 - Secure the lid and cook on high for 2.5–3 hours, or on low for 5–6 hours, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74°C.
05 - Using two forks, shred the cooked chicken in the slow cooker and mix well with the salsa.

# Notes:

01 - Allow chicken to rest for 10 minutes after cooking if it is difficult to shred; this helps retain moisture and improves texture.
02 - For best results, cook on low heat; however, high heat is suitable if time is limited.
03 - Serve in tacos, salads, burrito bowls, or use for nachos, quesadillas, or tostadas.
