Delicious egg white bites combining bell pepper, spinach, and feta for a tasty, protein-rich meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Egg Mixture

01 - 960 ml liquid egg whites
02 - 240 g low-fat cottage cheese

→ Vegetables and Cheese

03 - 115 g bell pepper, diced
04 - 45 g spinach, chopped
05 - 45 g feta cheese, crumbled

→ Seasoning

06 - Cooking spray
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
02 - Evenly distribute diced bell pepper, chopped spinach, and crumbled feta into the greased muffin cups.
03 - Pour liquid egg whites over the vegetable mixture in each muffin cup, then add low-fat cottage cheese evenly.
04 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until set and slightly golden on top. Allow to cool briefly before serving.
