01 - 1 whole wheat English muffin

02 - 120 ml liquid egg whites

# Steps:

01 - Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the turkey bacon until it becomes crispy.
02 - In the same pan, pour in the liquid egg whites and cook without stirring until set and slightly firm, then fold to fit the English muffin size.
03 - Toast the whole wheat English muffin until golden and crisp.
04 - Layer the cooked egg whites, turkey bacon, and reduced-fat cheddar cheese inside the toasted English muffin, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
