01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

# Steps:

01 - Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.
02 - Rub chicken breasts evenly with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
03 - Place halved potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot, then arrange the seasoned chicken breasts on top.
04 - Pour chicken broth evenly over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring they are coated.
05 - Distribute minced garlic over the chicken, then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
06 - Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until chicken reaches 75°C internally and potatoes are tender.
07 - Verify chicken internal temperature is 75°C and potatoes are fork-tender before proceeding.
08 - Carefully remove chicken and potatoes from the crockpot, spoon remaining sauce over the dish.
09 - Optionally, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
