# Steps:

01 - Mix paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Toss diced chicken breasts thoroughly in the spice mixture.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add olive oil, then add the spiced chicken. Sear for 4 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
03 - Add olive oil to the empty skillet. Sauté cherry tomatoes, garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper for 2 minutes until tomatoes soften.
04 - Add chopped spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted.
05 - Add cooked basmati rice and chickpeas. Stir to combine. Add lemon juice and cook for 2-3 minutes.
06 - In a separate bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, and fresh dill.
07 - Stir half of the cheese mixture into the skillet. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and heat through.
08 - Remove from heat. Sprinkle the remaining cheese mixture over the dish. Garnish with lemon wedges and chopped fresh dill. Serve immediately, squeezing extra lemon juice to taste.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure not to overcook the chicken; remove from heat as soon as fully cooked to maintain juiciness.
02 - Using freshly squeezed lemon enhances the brightness of the dish.
