12 - 80 g nacho cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade with cheddar and jalapeño)
13 - 60 g sour cream
14 - 30 g thick-cut tortilla chips, crushed
15 - 40 g shredded Mexican cheese blend (for grilling)

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onions and cook gently for 5 minutes until soft and translucent, releasing natural sweetness.
02 - Add ground beef to the softened onions. Cook until fully browned, breaking up clumps. Season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and dried oregano. Stir for 1 minute to activate spices.
03 - Pour tomato sauce into the beef mixture. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and flavors meld, forming a glossy mixture.
04 - Lay each warmed tortilla flat. Spread spicy mayonnaise centrally, followed by fried rice, a drizzle of nacho cheese sauce, a dollop of sour cream, crushed tortilla chips, and finally the seasoned beef on top.
