Grilled Lamb Chops Flavor (Printable Version)

Juicy grilled lamb chops infused with rosemary, paprika, and garlic for rich, savory flavor and a perfect sear.

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 500 grams lamb chops, trimmed and pink-firm

→ Marinade

02 - 30 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
03 - 5 grams garlic powder
04 - 5 grams onion powder
05 - 3 grams kosher salt
06 - 2 grams freshly cracked black pepper
07 - 2 grams ground rosemary (optional)
08 - 3 grams paprika (optional, sweet or smoked)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or set the oven broiler on high. Heat for at least 10 minutes to ensure a suitable searing temperature.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional rosemary or paprika until a uniform, fragrant paste forms.
03 - Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels. Thoroughly coat all sides with the marinade. Allow them to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes to enhance flavor penetration.
04 - Place the marinated chops on the hot grill or under the broiler. Cook undisturbed for 4 to 6 minutes on one side until a golden crust forms. Flip and cook the opposite side to a medium-rare finish or desired doneness, checking for a blush pink center.
05 - Transfer the lamb chops to a warm plate and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute, ensuring a tender and juicy eating experience.

# Notes:

01 - Marinating for at least 30 minutes improves flavor; for more intense infusion, refrigerate and marinate up to 2 hours.
02 - Allowing meat to reach room temperature before cooking promotes even grilling.
03 - Resting meat post-grilling is essential to maintain juiciness.
