Cut the pressed tofu into thick slices and place them in a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the tofu, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Remove the tofu from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Place the tofu on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until charred and crispy.
