# Ingredients:

01 - 113 grams cream cheese, softened
02 - 113 grams Cabot Pepper Jack cheese, grated

→ Vegetables and Spices

03 - 60 grams diced jalapeños (canned or fresh)
04 - 1 gram garlic powder
05 - 1 gram salt

→ Pastry

06 - 1 package (283 grams) crescent roll dough
07 - 28 grams unsalted butter, melted

# Steps:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, grated pepper jack cheese, diced jalapeños, and salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
02 - Unroll crescent dough and press seams together to form one solid sheet.
03 - Spread the cheese and jalapeño filling evenly across the dough. Roll the dough tightly from one edge to the other.
04 - Cut the roll into 8 even pieces and place them in a greased baking dish. Brush the tops with melted garlic butter.
05 - Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
06 - Allow to cool slightly then serve warm. Optional accompaniments include ranch dressing or chipotle sauce for dipping.
