Lemon Garlic Lobster Tail (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Lobster Tails

01 - 4 lobster tails
02 - 60 ml unsalted butter, melted
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 15 ml fresh lemon juice
05 - 1 tsp lemon zest
06 - 0.5 tsp smoked paprika
07 - 0.5 tsp salt
08 - 0.25 tsp black pepper
09 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
10 - Lemon wedges, for serving

→ Parmesan Potatoes

11 - 680 g baby potatoes, halved
12 - 30 ml olive oil
13 - 0.5 tsp garlic powder
14 - 0.5 tsp salt
15 - 0.25 tsp black pepper
16 - 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
17 - 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
18 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly coated.
03 - Arrange the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
04 - Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise and gently pull the meat out, placing it on top of the shell.
05 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
06 - Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with garlic butter sauce. Bake at 200°C for 10-12 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
07 - Sprinkle lobster tails with fresh parsley. Serve alongside roasted Parmesan potatoes and lemon wedges.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, broil the lobster for the last 1-2 minutes to achieve a golden finish.
02 - Sweet potatoes can replace baby potatoes for a sweeter variation.
