01 - 450 grams ground beef
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 onion, finely chopped
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
06 - 1 zucchini, cut into half-moons
07 - 200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved

08 - 1 teaspoon ground cumin
09 - 1 teaspoon paprika
10 - 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
11 - Salt, to taste
12 - Black pepper, to taste
13 - 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
14 - 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
15 - 80 grams feta cheese, crumbled, optional
16 - Lemon wedges, for serving

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until softened. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
02 - Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired. Cook for 6-8 minutes until beef is browned and cooked through.
03 - Add red bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes until they begin to soften.
04 - Remove from heat and fold in chopped parsley. Top with crumbled feta cheese if using. Serve warm with lemon wedges.
