Moist Banana Bread (Printable Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - ¼ teaspoon salt
04 - ¾ cup brown sugar
05 - ½ cup butter
06 - 2 large eggs, beaten
07 - 2 ⅓ cups mashed overripe bananas

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
02 - In a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
03 - In a separate large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in beaten eggs and mashed bananas until well blended.
04 - Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
07 - Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
