15 - 4 hamburger buns, toasted

# Steps:

01 - Heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped green, red, and orange bell peppers along with chopped white onion. Stir frequently and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until vegetables soften and develop a light golden color. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
02 - In the same pan, add ground beef and break it up with a spatula. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Cook over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink and excess moisture evaporates. Remove excess fat if more than two tablespoons remain.
03 - Return sautéed peppers and onions to the pan with the browned beef. Add cream cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and water. Stir vigorously and let the mixture simmer over medium heat until sauce thickens and becomes glossy with visible bubbling. Adjust seasoning with additional salt or pepper if desired.
04 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella or provolone over the hot mixture. Turn off the heat and gently fold in the cheese until it melts seamlessly, creating a creamy texture.
05 - Spoon generous portions of the hot filling onto toasted hamburger buns. Optionally top with extra shredded cheese while still hot for additional meltiness. Serve immediately to ensure buns remain fresh and cheese is gooey.

# Notes:

01 - Toasting buns before filling prevents sogginess and enhances texture.
02 - Prep vegetables the night before and store them refrigerated for expedited cooking.
03 - For extra richness, brush bun tops lightly with melted butter before serving.
