01 - 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, preferably thin
02 - Salt, to taste
03 - Black pepper, to taste
04 - 240 ml low sugar barbecue sauce
05 - 150 g pineapple, diced
06 - 6 strips bacon, cooked and diced
07 - 40 g red onion, sliced
08 - 100 g mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200°C. Lightly oil a baking dish to prevent sticking.
02 - Place chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, ensuring even spacing. Season evenly with salt and black pepper.
03 - Spread barbecue sauce over each chicken breast using a spoon. Distribute diced pineapple evenly on top.
