Ranch Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers (Printable Version)

Juicy chicken cubes marinated in ranch, garlic and parmesan, then grilled to smoky perfection for an easy, flavor-packed meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Marinade

01 - ½ cup ranch dressing
02 - ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley (or fresh parsley, chopped)
06 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
07 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice, optional

→ Skewers

09 - 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
10 - Wooden or metal skewers

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, mix together ranch dressing, parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice (if using). Stir until well combined.
02 - Place chicken cubes into a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over chicken to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
03 - Thread marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving space between each piece for even cooking. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
04 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
05 - Remove skewers from grill and rest for a few minutes. Garnish with extra chopped parsley or parmesan cheese if desired. Serve with your favorite side dishes or dipping sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent charring on the grill.
02 - Marinate the chicken overnight for enhanced flavor.
