11 - 4 green onions, thinly sliced
12 - 15 grams chopped coriander
13 - 2 nori sheets, cut into strips
14 - 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
15 - Sesame seeds for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Rinse sushi rice under cold water until water runs clear; combine with water in a rice cooker or pot and cook following appliance instructions. Allow rice to cool slightly.
02 - In a small bowl, dissolve rice vinegar, sugar, and salt; fold mixture gently into warm rice using a wooden spatula to evenly coat.
03 - Slice salmon into small pieces or cubes; marinate in soy sauce and mirin for 20 minutes.
04 - Lightly oil a frying pan over medium heat; spread a layer of seasoned sushi rice and press firmly. Cook 5–7 minutes until bottom is golden and crispy.
05 - Heat sesame oil in a clean skillet over medium-high heat; add marinated salmon and cook until fully cooked and easily flakes, turning as needed.
06 - Top crispy rice with cooked salmon; if using, arrange avocado slices over salmon; garnish with sesame seeds, chopped coriander, green onions, and nori strips.

# Notes:

01 - Allow rice to cool before frying to ensure it holds together; pressing the rice firmly in the pan enhances crispiness.
