# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 120 grams oyster crackers

→ Caramel Coating

02 - 56 grams unsalted butter
03 - 150 grams brown sugar (light or dark)
04 - 5 milliliters vanilla extract
05 - 1 gram ground cinnamon
06 - 1 gram flaky sea salt

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 150°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to ensure easy cleanup.
02 - In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat; add the brown sugar and stir constantly until the mixture becomes smooth and caramel-colored, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
03 - Immediately pour the warm caramel over the oyster crackers and gently fold with two spatulas until each cracker is thoroughly coated.
04 - Spread the caramel-coated crackers evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
05 - Remove from the oven and cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, sprinkle flaky sea salt evenly over the clusters before serving.
