# Ingredients:

01 - 14 oz chicken or turkey sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
02 - 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
03 - 2 cups broccoli, cut into 1/2-inch florets

→ Sauce Ingredients

04 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
05 - 4 medium cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/4 cup honey
07 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
08 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

10 - 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Arrange the sausage slices, sweet potatoes, and broccoli on a sheet pan.
03 - In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
04 - Add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to the saucepan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.
05 - Pour the sauce over the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli. Toss everything to coat evenly.
06 - Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sweet potatoes are tender and the sausage is cooked through.
07 - Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
