Grab pork, ramen, and a sweet, spicy sauce—this cozy stir-fry comes together super fast for busy nights.

# Ingredients:

01 - A couple packs of ramen noodles (3 oz each), any type you like
02 - Chopped green onions for topping
03 - One pound of pork tenderloin, cut into thin pieces
04 - One to two spoonfuls of chili garlic sauce
05 - Half a cup of soy sauce
06 - A tablespoon of oil
07 - A quarter cup of brown sugar

# Steps:

01 - Throw the cooked noodles into the pan with the sauce. Give everything a good toss, then top with green onions and dig in.
02 - Now add your soy sauce, brown sugar, and chili garlic to the pork in the pan. Mix it all up and turn the heat down so it can cook gently for 5 minutes.
03 - Pour some oil into a big pan on medium-high heat. Toss in the pork strips and stir them around until they're getting some color.
04 - Unwrap your ramen, toss out the seasoning packets. Drop the noodles in bubbling water for about three minutes, drain them, set aside.
